Business Description	The Mohawk Valley Produce Auction was formed so that the Mohawk Valley area produce growers would have a way of marketing their products to quality-minded buyers through competitive bidding. Restaurant owners, retail food stores and consumers are encouraged to bid and purchase their quantity produce needs from these auctions. Fresh vegetable, flowers, shrubs, vegetable plant, and baked goods are offered. They also holds special auctions, such as consignment auctions, and a special Pumpkin auction (Thursday, September 10) where they're expecting over 1,500 bins! The flyer explains a lot of the common questions. For example, they accept cash and good checks only. Please contact them directly for any questions. Leave a message and they will return your call.
